The Institution’s first ever Joint Faculty and Staff Teambuilding with the theme “ONE TEAM ONE GOAL” was held last April 12, 2013 at the Mariners’ Annex.
The general objective was to engage employees in group activities for the purpose of developing a more cohesive, vibrant, and mutually-enriching team that will work earnestly towards the realization of the MARINERS’ IDENTITY:
A community of competent and dedicated professionals firmly committed to form student learners as global workers who are competitive, goal-driven, hardworking, value diversity, respectful of the environment, and espouse the ideals and values of the Institution.
With the employees’ active participation in all the activities, all have recognized their significant part in the fulfilment of the vision of the Institution. Hence, a successful and memorable turnout of the event emerged.
Are you in this TEAM? Yes, we are! Who’s in this TEAM? We are! What is this TEAM? TEAM MARINERS’!
OUTING
At exactly 8:00 am on April 13, 2013, three (3) buses with excited faculty, staff and their families travelled to Oh la la Paradise Spring Resort Guinobatan, Albay for the Institution’s Summer Outing.
The resort’s exclusive pool accommodating 300 persons was full of frolicking young once and young ones. Water made them all look of the same age for it rejuvenated their bodies.
This once a year fare was indeed an event to behold.
